This bridge came with the saddles slotted and the action on my Les Paul now feels so smooth to play, and the intonation was spot on. The Intonation screws from my stock Nashville bridge faced the tailpiece, this aluminum bridge intonation screws face the pickups. I like it better that way because the break angle now keeps the strings off the back. With an aluminum tailpiece the tone is now SUPERB.
