    Never received item, contacted seller days ago, no refund & no replacement item so far. 2 day shipment now 11 days & counting. Seller made excuses & blamed the carrier when in fact they made the mistake of sending Fed Ex to a PO box address. This could have been easily fixed by sending USPS or requiring a physical address but they obviously don't have their business figured out. Customer service terrible!

    It didn't fit my tape Scotch C22 tape dispenser. When I went to return it I selected "doesn't fit" which is a true statement. I was charged for shipping because I didn't choose "not as described" which is also true. I contacted the seller but they never responded to me. This is what disappointed me. If I was a kind of person that left negative feedback I would have but I just can't leave negatives. Still, disappointed by the whole transaction.
