    This item arrived damaged, cut by a razor knife, most likely when going through customs. I have been in contact with the seller, trying to arrange for a replacement, and suggesting most than a plastic bag and cardboard box, marked fragile. First, they asked me to pay to ship the replacement. Then they shipped the replacement to the address of a different customer. Then again, they asked me to pay for the shipping from that customer to me. I've been waiting for almost a week, without a response.
