I told him that it it would be better not to provide a tracking number at all since it doesn't work anyway.

The seller was cooperative, responsive, and did their best to assist with tracking and resolution. While I can’t comment on the product’s quality or performance since it wasn’t delivered, the seller’s customer service was commendable. The situation was frustrating, but no fault lies with the seller. Marking positive due to the sellers helpful attitude.
