Seller was away… at the time of my purchase. So An agreed extended handling time was agree.
This time scale had been and past… And item still had not arrived.
When messages selling, it was a little confusing as stories didn’t match a date of mark as sent!
So I felt a full refund would be much better, that way, I could find an alternative.
Seller was good- quick to authorise refund.
But… it was still a little disappointing.
Which is why I felt a neutral would be more fair than a negative.
