The only issue was not with the vendor, but the logistics. The item was shipped July 7 and arrived September 6th; the last mile delivery agent was not revealed but they appear to have had this shipment here in Canada for about a month before it made its way to me; a very slow last mile indeed. It was supposed to arrive by Sept. 3 at the latest. But it is here now and works well.
