    Tey did not provide a tracking number and said the product got lost in ail. contacted help and have not received an answer. I want a refund.

    The customer is in the U.S, there was an option for tracked postage, however, it wasn't selected so we sent to regular mail. In respect of "lost mail", we have never stated this and advised the customer that the package is simply delayed in the mail e.g. customs, and have communicated with throughout. They have opened a claim, and eBay is now dealing with this matter. I am sure these labels will arrive, and we will be out of pocket as eBay will refund. Please see our genuine feedback, not this.
