Quality of the steps was excellent, very sturdy and also made from thick wood. This matters as when attached to existing steps, it helps prevent echoing / thundering when kids run up and down stairs. The wood used was really nice quality, it was free of knots. They arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. Value = Value was ok. personally, though a bit overpriced, but now i have the product, it is a very high quality product... and oak is not cheap... esp when so few knots.
