Strap band is a very thin uncomfortable elastic string that needs to be tied on both ends to adjust to fit. The patch is a plastic molded concave oval disk with two holes for string. Cannot wear glasses over this because it keeps the nose piece pads from riding on nose. Don't waste your money.
