    Jacket was listed as used. Very good condition. The elastic in the sleeve cuff was all stretched out so does not fit snug to the wrist. It's a rain jacket so having it fit at the wrist is necessary. Asked to return it and was denied. I understand it is not new but, very good condition, to me, means acceptable to wear. Seller did waive the shipping charges, which was appreciated. But I can't wear the jacket as is.
