    The item is as described and it was cheaper to buy this way than any other option I found. The only downside was the shipping. Seeing as how this was an important necessity for me, it surprised me that it took a week to ship it from NY to VA. I know it is the holiday season but those states are not very far. I don't think this is a fault of the seller but did want to mention it.
