My two frames arrived w 2 issues; 1) the paint is damaged/rubbed off on every side of the frame, as if they shipped it before it was dry, 2) the frame is literally coming apart. I sent them photos and requested a return. After several days, they responded - very short messages w zero concern or remorse - that they would send me paint for me to touch up & clips!
