So I cut the Netgear to make room for this (easier than taking the fan out). It's now running, and I hope it keeps running....... Transport in the US is slow, but was much faster once it reached The Netherlands.

You will have to make some slight mods to the case to accommodate the power supply small fan output, or just remove the fan from the power supply's fan board (simple connector and screws). I knew this going in, but it appears to be the best replacement option for the older NVX product. As an added bonus my NAS main fan runs slower now due to the power supply being newer and not generating as much heat.
