It arrived covered with dust and dirt, It took over 10 hours to securely delete the files and wipe the hard drive, and then I had to reformat it. I also had to clean the hard drive of all the dirt and debris. I emailed seller with my frustration and issues, and got no response. I would not do business with this seller again.
