I thought it just might be stiff, so I tried to pry just a bit while doing what the instructions said. It broke. I realized the instructions were wrong and I figured out how to open it. I emailed the seller and informed them the instructions were wrong, could they help me out and replace it, Said, No can't do it. This customer did not read and follow the instuction to open it. Somehow, he disassembled the product in wrong way and damaged screws. And then, he asked a replacement. We refused to send him a replacement becasue he disassembled this product and damaged it. This mistake was not due to our error.
