Ordered a new product and received a used product that was missing some things from original packaging. When I tried to get a refund and send it back they only offered me 50% of what I paid even though they advertised 100% return guarantee for 30 days. I had it 2 days. I will take the $10 I got back and repair what it needs. Maybe it will work, maybe not. Will find out later.
