- w***w (232)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseThe rug I purchased (Hong Kong 3653 had a flaw in the design.) The outline around all of the patterns was not straight!! To my assumption, the Rug I purchased, must have been a factory reject!!Reply from: brabsy10- Feedback replied by seller brabsy10.- Feedback replied by seller brabsy10.This is our first and only negative feedback - comments which we feel are totally unfair and untrue. The buyer contacted us asking us to sell the item at a reduced price - we declined. They then bought the item at the listed price and on receipt they claimed that one of the shapes wasn't a triangle (3 pink triangles together made a new shape as per photo) they demanded a reduction in price - we declined reassuring it was not faulty. Negative feedback left when they simply could have returned.
