    This 72-Wh external battery, rare as they are nowadays, is working as intended as of a week after its arrival. Attached is the battery report from upower on Linux - everything seems to report in line with what the seller advertised. The manufacturer, Sanyo, has a good reputation for reliable batteries (not sure if it is OEM but it doesn't really matter.) SO FAR, the battery is working as normal, in the future I will revisit this product and evaluate how well it actually performs.

    Battery works very well and is quite an improvement over the 24w/hr battery that was stock in my thinkpad. From full charge, the battery has lasted me multiple days of light use. Seller never responded to an initial question I had before purchasing.
