The power module was sprayed with silver paint in order to improve the appearance. However, the cooling fan is making a rattling noise, so, I had to replace it. There were terminal screws missing and the Earth terminal was stuck solid du to painting over. Except for the above, the unit works ok. For the price, the purchase was fair. The seller responded timely and tried to be helpful.
