    Damping paddles are better than the original Mission ones. Work just as described by the seller. Supplied with damping silicone as well as a damping compliance chart which was a very nice (and unanticipated) surprise. The large paddle (which is the one I was missing) works extremely well at damping a London Decca (which tends to misbehave at the extremes), so they are well worth the money.
