This monitor was listed as having all of the original factory accessories. When it arrived, the stand was missing from the box. I reached out to the seller, and they told me to contact the manufacturer to purchase one, and then stopped responding to my inquiries. I ended up buying a stand, but when I assembled it I saw that there were several large scratches on the monitor and the plastic around the buttons is so warped that it's difficult to turn on/off. Exceptionally poor customer service.
