Der Verkäufer bietet ein nicht mehr hergestelltes Modell als „neuwertig“ an, liefert aber ein günstigeres Ersatzmodell. Dies wirkt wie Täuschung, da die BWO bei Hornbach ca. 180 € kostet. Ich zahlte wissentlich ein Preispremium für ein Auslaufmodell. Ich beantrage volle Erstattung inkl. Versand (260,02 €) und bitte um Sperrung des Verkäufers. Direkter Kontakt mit Verkäufer wird besserwisserisch beantwortet.
