Item as described, its really soft prefect fit no problem in fitting the Shell but there are few things I would like to mention 1st don't be impatient like me & replace the shell by yourself instead go to some 1 who has the knowledge and experience with DS4 2nd I would request seller to provide more detailed Vid & more instructions towards opening DS4 along with a screwdriver, opening tool & extra screws. In the end I was lucky in opening & replacing the shell without any Damage DS4 working : )

There is a 16 minute 55 second video in the item description. It's titled: "Installing / Replacing a PS4 Controllers Front and Back Shell" I see you didn't watch it. I have screwdrivers listed, with some listings having a screwdriver option. With PS4 controllers you don't need opening tools, only a screwdriver. You don't need extra screws either, use the 5 that you took out.
