    Each cartridge had bubble wrap padding around them, but all four cartridges were snugly packed in one small box. The cartridges arrived with bent or broken alignment pins on end of all the cartridges. The box did not appear to have damage but must have received some rough handling. The cartridges did not work in my printer, and a return was authorized. I received a full refund.
