The battery won't charge and they are telling me to contact the manufacturer. But it was damaged due to the seller's own negligence. Do not buy from this seller unless you want to have to contact eBay just to get your $100 back. What a terrible way to run a business.

Thank goodness the bottle was not damaged. I am giving a positive review because I just wanted to tell you that the shipping bag was torn open and maybe for your larger bottles you should pack them a little more secure. Everything worked out and your pricing is very competitive. Thank you and I am very happy with your product.👍🏼
