Ebay's International Shipping Program makes certain that your package will take about a month to get from the U.S. to Canada. In this day and age, this is unacceptable especially for a flat envelope. I want to rate shipping time poorly, but I don't want to hurt the seller as it's not their fault. The seller however, was a pleasure to deal with.
