The motors didn't work but I expected that seeing as it was a used part from 1996. To be fair the problem could be on my end regarding the contacts on the switches but I am not going to tear everything back down right now. I'm just happy to have a descent mirror. The shipment was 2 weeks late, but as soon as I sent a message, it was sent right away. Can't fault the seller for that. I needed this item so that I could drive the car in the rain. It's not that hard to understand. If you can't fulfill your obligation, please communicate that and I can go elsewhere for a part I need.
