Dopo aver ottenuto il n. di RMA da r-digital.it, imballare accuratamente i materiali in modo da salvaguardare gli involucri originali dei prodotti da qualsiasi danneggiamento, includere nell'imballo tutti gli accessori originali e la fattura originale d'acquisto,pena il reinvio del prodotto a spese del cliente.Si consiglia di effettuare l’assicurazione.
