    All looked good but when I received the package it was busted and when I opened it all parts were wrapped in paper towels and news papers. It didn't have any type of instructions at all on how to install the product.

    Yes we wrap polished parts in paper towel to protect them. And we use newspaper as shipping filler. Not seeing the problem except the package was mishandled by THE POST OFFICE. So, what is the negative feedback for exactly?
