Honestly not a clue what’s happened here as the feedback for seller is good. No goods received and after communicating refunded with no explanation of what happened. Disappointed as was for a gift.

You opened a case against me. I had already explained to you that the item was posted, the date and that we had a proof of posting certificate. I asked for you to close the case so that I could try and help resolve the issue and you wouldn't close it. I have no choice but to refund when a case is open so that I am not open to abuse of a claim, even if a replacement was sent. Did this really warrant a negative comment?
