The price was the lowest I could find for this item, and the shipping was free and quick. I’d feel comfortable doing business with seller again. As for the hood itself, like many aftermarket items, I doubt the quality met that of an OEM lens hood. It was difficult to mount, and I fear it’s barely hanging on to the threads. The hood’s lens cap doesn’t snap on as easily as I’d like.
