Product issue from manufacturer, they went above and beyond to resolve it, great communication and genuinely nice company. The pen is amazing, arrived well boxed, perfect condition other than the manufacturer fault not from shipping. Great price, and in one of the limited edition colours, having the clear grip helps with cleaning and printing too!
