For a safer buying and selling experience on eBay, we don't allow selling or linking to items that encourage, promote, facilitate, or instruct others to engage in illegal activity.

Plants, flowers, seeds, trees, fruits, and vegetables that are prohibited by government or postal regulations are not allowed.

Cosmetics and perfumes may be sold on eBay. However, sellers must follow all applicable laws and eBay policies, which are explained in more detail below.

Sellers are not permitted to list an item containing the image, likeness, name, or signature of another person unless the product was made or authorised by that person.

Listings of catalogues from which buyers may directly order are not permitted.

Old and collectable catalogues (from which you can no longer place an order) are permissible. However, the title or description may not contain extensive lists of specific items included in the catalogue. Sellers wishing to list these catalogues should review the ‘Additional Information’ section below and adhere to its policies.
