Endgame DVDs for the Ultimate Fan Experience

"Avengers Endgame" is a movie based on the Marvel Comics superhero team. It is produced by Walt Disney Studios Motion Picture and shot in various locations around the world including the United States, Scotland, and England. When released in April 2019, the movie was praised for its direction, acting, music, and action, which helped it to break many box office records.

"Avengers Endgame" is a continuation of the 22-film story that revolves around multiple characters and comic heroes of Marvel Comic Universe. The plot revolves around Thanos, an evil maniac, who has somehow accumulated enough powers to destroy the entire galactic world in a very short time. Amidst the danger, Captain America convinces existing superheroes and some of the other powerful friends to join him in the race to stop Thanos from the ultimate direction.

The DVD contains a lot of extra features, deleted scenes, and extended versions. There are six deleted scenes in the DVD, which includes "Goji Berries", "Suckiest Army in the Galaxy", "You Used to Frickin’ Live Here", "Tony and Howard", "Bombs on Board", and "Avengers Take a Knee". Besides these scenes, the DVD also contains eight short features on pivotal characters in the movie. For fans who want to understand the history and behind-the-scene action, film writers and directors reveal secrets and in-depth coverage of the events in the extra features.

The initial idea was to name the movie, "Avengers: Part II"; however, various misleading quotes from the production team and media hype created a frenzy that led to calling it "Avengers: The Endgame". The name was revealed in the theatrical trailers and it was probably taken from Dr. Strange uttering famous lines, "We are in the endgame now." The name also stuck because the second part of the Avengers is also its last part ending the Avenger series leading to the final battle where only one side would survive.

The Avengers franchise of films are under the MCU (Marvel Comics Universe) Films umbrella. MCU Films are movies based on American superheroes that are introduced in comic books by Marvel Comics. Since the production of the first film within this umbrella, "Iron Man", in 2008, there has been an assortment of movies produced by screenwriters and producers who have also directed other movies in the MCU Film series. While different directors have produced these films, producers such as Kevin Fiege and screenwriter, Stephen McFeely, regularly contribute to the MCU Film series.
