Q: How much does it cost to ship this item?
A: The shipping cost can be calculated by entering the desired quantity and zip code in the shipping calculator on item's page. International shipping costs can also be calculated by selecting the country in the shipping calculator. If the shipping calculator is unable to provide a shipping cost, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with an estimate. Please include the item name, quantity and mailing address.
Q: Can I buy multiple items and save money on shipping costs?
A: Yes. We are happy to combine items whenever possible. Simply purchase all the desired items and request a combined invoice before completing payment.
Q: How do I shop on eBay?
A: Shopping on eBay is easy, fun and convenient! However, it is slightly different than shopping on other websites. Here are a few tips to make your shopping experience easier:
- There is no 'Shopping Cart' feature on eBay. To purchase multiple items, simply buy each item and request a combined invoice before making payment.
- Clicking the 'Buy It Now' button will submit your order. Do not click the 'Buy It Now' button if you do not wish to finalize your purchase.
- To buy multiple quantities of the same item, enter the quantity in the appropriate box before clicking 'Buy It Now'.
Q: Can I request a shipping estimate for multiple items before making a purchase?
A: Yes. Please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with an estimate. Please include the item names, quantities and mailing address.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. We are happy to ship world wide. There may be some exceptions in which an item may not be shipped to a particular country due to local restrictions. Any shipping restrictions would be provided in the item's description. International orders are subject to customs taxes when they are received. Customs taxes can be determined by contacting your local customs office.
Q: Do you ship to U.S. Military addresses?
A: Yes. We are happy to ship to any address around the world. There may be some exceptions in which an item may not be shipped to a particular country due to local restrictions. Any shipping restrictions would be provided in the item's description
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
Q: Can I have my order shipped to an alternate address?
A: Yes. To have an order shipped to an alternate address, you must first notify us of the change before making payment so that the proper shipping cost can be calculated. Once you receive the new invoice with the proper shipping charge, you must change the shipping address at the time of checkout to properly reflect the new address.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: All orders are normally shipped 1 business day after receiving payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, 9:00am (EST) to 7:00pm (EST) not including U.S. federal holidays.
Q: When will my package arrive?
A: Orders are typically received in the following number of estimated business days from the day of shipment:
Within United States:
USPS First Class Mail (United States): 1 to 3 days
USPS Parcel Post (Continental U.S.): 2 to 7 days
USPS Parcel Post (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and US territories): 12 days
USPS Priority Mail (United States): 1 to 4 days
UPS Ground (United States): 4 to 6 days
USPS Military Mail: U.S. military shipments outside the continental U.S. will experience longer shipping times.
Outside United States:
USPS International First Class Mail: 2 to 8 weeks
USPS International Priority Mail: 6 to 10 days
Important Shipping Notes:
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- The only service which provides a guaranteed delivery date is USPS Express Mail and can be provided upon request.
- Shipment tracking is available only through UPS Ground and USPS Express Mail (domestic and international).
- All US shipments will include Delivery Confirmation. All International shipments will be identified by a Customs Label Number. These package numbers do not provide tracking ability.
- Delivery times do not include delays from customs inspection for international shipments.
Q: Can I pick up my purchase?
A: We are an online retailer and all purchases must be shipped.
