If not, then please just let me know and I will manually amend the invoice and re-issue it. I prefer payment by PayPal for ease and speed however if you don’t have a PayPal account then I can invoice you for debit / credit card payment or I am happy to accept a cheque. With payment by cheque I am unable to post your items until the cheque has been received and has cleared with the bank which can take 5-7 days. If you cannot pay for any reason or there is a delay please let me know, I am very friendly! Shipping I always try and post your item the next working day and I will advise you by email when your item has been posted. With handmade items postage can be delayed especially during busy periods; however every listing should advise on turnaround times for that particular item. If you would like your purchases to be sent recorded delivery, then I am happy to do this for an additional 74p - I will add to your invoice once you have finished shopping.

All other items are offered with a no quibble 7 days refund/exchange policy on all non-personalised items. A full refund will be given provided goods are posted back within 7 days of receipt, unopened, as new, and the buyer pays the return postage costs.
When returning an item it is strongly recommended that the Recorded Delivery (Signed for) service is used as we cannot take responsibility for undelivered items. In the event of loss of a returned item, it is the sender's responsibility to pursue a claim.
If we send you wrong item or it is faulty we will pay all the postage costs incurred.
Please be aware that mistakes can happen and if we have made any mistakes whatsoever we will issue full refund/exchange including transport charges both ways. We are here to help.
