IMPORTANT :

Improper use of the link remover tool may break your watch link or the pin of the link remover tool may get damaged. We recommend buyers to watch some videos at YouTube showing how to adjust watch band before you try yourself for your watch. Don't try to remove link from Wrong side. Doing so will break the tool or pin. Pin must be pushed from the opposite side from which it was inserted i.e. if pin is inserted from left side while making strap, you have to push the pin from right side using link remover.

This item is properly checked before sending so we do not offer exchange or replacement if the link remover pin is broken.

• We welcome and request our all our buyers to contact us immediately for any issues with our item. All messages will be replied within 8 hours on all working days. We are unable to reply messages received on weekends and public holidays in UK.
  
• Returns are accepted if buyer get the wrong item or item is damaged in the delivery process. Buyer must notify and return the item within 7 days of item received. Replacement item is sent back to buyer on the same working day as returned item is received. If replacement item is not available full refund will be issued instantly. Buyer is responsible for the return P&P cost.
• If any problem appear with the watch after 28 days of its purchase. Buyer should directly send the item to manufacturing company for free repair. Buyer is responsible for two way P&P cost
• If buyer want to return the item for refund, buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. The cost of P&P we paid to dispatch item to buyer will be deducted while providing refund.
  
• No any re-stocking fee will be charged to buyers.
• Always retain Certificate of Proof of Postage from post office when you return the item for exchange or refund.
• Refund for all the lost items will be issued immediately once Royal Mail Confirms item is lost on delivery. Buyers are requested to wait patiently on this hard time until we get response from the Royal Mail. It may take maximum of 2 weeks to get reply from Royal Mail, once we claim for the lost item. You may require providing with signature to confirm that you and none of the residence of your house have not received the item.
