A Primary school student has to save and purchase local stamps to be pasted on the card. When the card is completed the stamps will be cancelled by the post office using killer chops, and the amount equal to the total face value of the stamps will be credited into their POSB (Post Office Savings Bank) account. A rare piece of postal accessory cum postal history in MINT condition.
