Q2: Are you reliable? Will you cheat my money?
A2: Our bank account and phone number is published online. We are based in Singapore and the items are mailed out from Singapore through SingPost. You can check our customer feedbacks and purchase with confidence too. More importantly, as mentioned, we are now accredited as a Power Seller as accorded by eBay Singapore, which demostrates our trustworthiness in this business.Thank you for your support.
Q3: I have purchased 3 pieces of protectors from you, but eBay shows the wrong amount.
A3: eBay is unable to automatically calculate the right amount for 3pcs or more. For example, if the listed price is 3 is for $10, eBay will show it as a higher price (unit price x 3) during check out. You just have to transfer the right amount via bank transfer to me, or if you're using PayPal, please pay the amount shown on the screen in advance first. The excess will be refunded back to you manually by us in 3 working days.
Q4: Can we do meet ups?
A4: Due to high volumes of mails, we are not able to do meet ups. However, if you have a large order (of more than S$20), you can contact us at 85336863 to arrange for meet ups. We thank you for your understanding.
Q5: What about lost mails?
A5: Whilst we provide free regulary post, delivery is done by SingPost. As such, we will not be responsible for any lost mail, but will work with you to contact SingPost for further resolution. You can add $2.50 for registered post if you are afraid of lost mails.
Q6: When will the item be sent out? When will I receive it?
A6: We have a dedicated mailing staff in charge of all mails. As such, items will be sent out generally 12-24 hours after we receive payment and will reach you in 1-3 working days. Working days is defined by SingPost as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekend. Delivery timings, however are solely dependent on SingPost. We do not hoard customers' orders for too long as it will cause a logisitics nightmare for us as well. We understand our customers' need to have protection for their phones as soon as possible and will hence send out all items on time.
Q7: Do you deliver out of Singapore?
A7: Yes we ship worldwide to any countries too but there will be additional postage charges. So far, we have customers from the ASEAN region (Brunei, Manila) and Australia/New Zealand. We accept payment in US$ or S$ for international orders.
