All of our goods are brand new as you would expect to find in the shops. We do accept returns. Our policy: 1. Should you wish to return your item, you must contact us via the ebay messaging system within 7 days of receipt. 2. Any related postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. 3. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the returned item(s) reach us safely (also see no.5). 4. Some returns (applicable to larger items) may result in an additional admin charge of 10 - 20% of the item value. 5. Returns MUST reach us in the same condition that they were sent in, i.e brand new with undamaged packaging. We suggest that you use a bubble jiffy bag or similar to offer protection.
