Shipped quickly in a small sturdy box and wrapped in bubble wrap, but still movable so might be why description wasn't 100% correct if it happened via. Transport. But the back of the watch is not attached to the watch. I thought it could snap back on, but even with the watch on my wrist, it comes apart.
