This war game (Rome total war) was suppose to be new. When I opened the package the box had been opened and the first disc is all scratched up like it had been replaced.

The PC computer game was listed as VG; in addition, part of my description for the item reads '...this item is Like New but has usual shelf-wear, so I've listed it VG.' You did not contact me nor have you provided a picture of the supposed scratched DVD disc. I will be making a formal complaint to ebay - it is not my fault that you cannot, or failed to, read, and sellers with years-long stellar positive feedback like myself need not suffer from buyers like you.
