Goods may be returned which, are suffering from a fault/damage, which has been sustained during transit/production or normal use, which the item is intended for. By returning an item buyer declares that the item has not suffered fault/damage/failure through accidental/deliberate/excessive/misuse. Buyer understands that items returned under this agreement, which do not meet the conditions/terms of return, will not be replaced or returned to the buyer until suitable postage arrangements/costs are made by the buyer. Buyer s mistake/ change of mind If an item has been bought by mistake or you have changed your mind, it can only be accepted as a return if it is packaged to a satisfying standard and is free from defects.
