Ebay should be a seamless often enjoyable shopping experience, but on the offchance that something goes wrong I offer a 14 day return policy. If there is an issue with your purchase then please email me within 24 hours of receipt. Often, as in the case of you having received damaged/defective goods, a problem can be resolved with nothing more than a photo or two, but again I require photos within 24 hours of receipt (& I will probably want to see the base &/or barcode of the damaged item &/or box), but all returns must be sent within 14 days of receipt, I will ONLY offer to meet return shipping fees when you have met one or both of these requirements. I can not have a buyer hold an item for weeks prior to supplying photos or realistically expect a refund.
