I don't have the exact sizing for this, but this should fit if your neck size is 16.5" and your waist is no larger than 44". Chest of 41 - 43", according to the poly bag and the Perry Ellis website.

How To Measure
If you don't have a measuring tape, use a piece of string and hold it alongside a ruler.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, keeping a finger between your body and the measuring tape for an accurate fit.
Sleeve
Place your hand on your hip with your arm bent at 90 degrees. Measure from the middle of the back of your neck, across the shoulder, and down your arm to the wrist.
Neck
Measure around the base of your own neck, keeping one finger between your neck and the tape measure.
