Q3: Why can't you do meet ups or do cash-on-delivery (COD)?
A3: Due to high volumes of mails, we are not able to do meet ups. However, if you have a large order (of more than S$20), you can contact us at 85336863 to arrange for meet ups. We thank you for your understanding.
Q4: What about lost mails?
A4: Whilst we provide free regular post, delivery is done by SingPost. As such, we will not be responsible for any lost mail, but will work with you to contact SingPost for further resolution. We strongly encourage you to add $2.50 for registered post if you are afraid of lost mails.
Q5: When will the item be sent out? When will I receive it?
A5: We have a dedicated mailing staff in charge of all mails. As such, items will be sent out generally 12-24 hours after we receive payment and will reach you in 1-3 working days. Working days are defined by SingPost as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekend. Delivery timings, however are solely dependent on SingPost. We do not hoard customers' orders for too long as it will cause a logisitics nightmare for us as well. We understand our customers' need to have protection for their phones as soon as possible and will hence send out all items on time.
Q6: Do you deliver out of Singapore?
A6: Yes we ship worldwide to any countries too but there will be additional postage charges. So far, we have customers from the ASEAN region (Brunei, Manila) and Australia/New Zealand. We accept payment in US$ or S$ for international orders.
Q7: How should I contact you after payment through DBS/UOB Bank transfer?
