Arrived damaged with oil leaking through paper package. Mistakes happen but this seller became so hostile because I obviously would want a return. They went from apologetic to aggressive within minutes and continue to send nonsensical messages. Very bad experience!!!!!

This was clearly a buyer's remorse. as the item was packed very well. We offered a partial refund, but she was very quick to open a return request, hoping to receive the item for free. We offer free returns, so there is no reason for any kind of arguing and definitely we're not going to give in to unreasonable/rude demands.
