This listing is for a  brand new,  3 piece handcrafted solid Cherry Wood Folk Flute electronically tuned to the key of G. 

This flute is original and handturned at Heritage Music in Canada, makers of quality woodwinds. It is 19 inches long and has 2 removable joints for easy cleaning and fine-tuning with other instruments. 

  

FINGERING IS SUITABLE FOR SMALLER HANDS ~ PLUS: FINGERHOLES ARE SCALLOPED FOR EASIER FINGER PLACEMENT AND G AND C FINGERHOLES ARE OFFSET. 

 

The uniquely designed concave mouth-piece aids in positioning for a clear tone, making this flute extremely easy to play.  The low voice is mellow and rich while the higher register is clear, not piercing.     

 

Great care is taken to ensure each flute has its own unique quality of voice.  The design of the body adds a lovely touch to this superb flute created with the highest exacting standards. Each flute has an interesting grain pattern and may include natural color variation and/or mineral stains.   All flutes come with a Bag, Care Sheet, Cleaning Swab, Cork Grease, and Finger Chart.  This one has a Leather Bag, OR you may request your choice of one of our patterned Pendleton Wool bags custom made to fit.
