When an order is placed, we will choose the most reliable shipping carriers that best suit the destination of the shipment, to insure the fastest delivery time possible. We primarily ship by FedEx. Shipping rates for many items are determined by its weight. The weight of item can be found on its detail page. For custom systems or large orders please allow 5 to 7 business days from the time the order is placed. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Territories: There will be additional costs added to ship to these locations, free shipping is for the lower 48 state only. Please contact us first before placing an order from anyone of these locations.

International Shipping

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional charges will be prior to bidding/buying. The delivering/shipping company or when you pick the item up normally collects these charges. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Returns & Warranty Policy
You may return new or unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please check individual eBay listings for more information as not all items will qualify for a return. Software that has been opened is non refundable. ValuenetPC will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All of our systems are built from new parts and components. We offer a 3 year warranty from the invoice date on our custom built systems only to the original owner. An 18% restocking fee will be applied. The 3 year warranty is extended to any system part/component that becomes defective. The defective part/component will be repaired or replaced if qualified for warranty coverage. If a part is no longer available we will replace the item with a substitution equivalent to that of the original part, or offer an upgrade option if available. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package; however, in many cases you will receive the refund much quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 

Damaged Shipments:
At Valuenetpc, we try our best to prevent damage to all packages during transit by packing each order carefully. Unfortunately, there will be the occasional damaged item. When shipping damage occurs please make sure that you do not dispose of the original shipping container or any of the packing material (if the original box and packing material are not available then we will not be able to file a claim and we will be unable to replace your damaged item). Please pack the damaged item back up as you received it and contacts us immediately via email. Make sure that you include a detailed description of the damage to the item, as well as a description of the package if there is any damage to the carton. Once you have notified us of the damage we will start a claim with the shipping carrier. A representative of that carrier may contact you regarding a pickup or an on-site inspection. Once the package has been inspected by the carrier we will ship out a replacement for the damaged item.

 

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments:
At Valuenetpc, on occasion packages will be shipped back to us if the package is refused, not available for delivery for several days, or if the address entered is incorrect or incomplete. US-destined packages that come back marked "Undeliverable as Addressed", "No Such Address/Street/Number", etc. will have a full refund issued for the products, minus taxes incurred by intended state of delivery, or freight. US-destined packages that come back marked "Refused", "Will Call, Did not Show", etc. will have a 20% restocking fee deducted from the value of the products before a refund is issued. In addition, any postage and taxes due associated with a recovering a refused or undeliverable package will be deducted from the refund. Valuenetpc will not pay recovery fees for any Canadian, or international destination shipments. Canadian or international customers who have undeliverable packages or who refuse their packages will not receive refunds for the items that were shipped, the freight, taxes, or brokerage, and the products will become the property of UPS. If the tracking information is returned stating that an incomplete/incorrect address was provided, you will need to contact the shipping company to provide them with the correct information. If you decide that you do not want the items, you will need to accept the shipment then contact us to receive a return authorization.
