The normal shipping price we charge is for USPS First Class Mail. For countries outside the US and Canada, shipping time varies for each country, but usually takes between 2 and 6 weeks.
We highly recommend using Priority or Express mail to reduce the risk of the package being lost in transit.

Where is my item?
-We get this question a lot. Customers, especially international ones, wait only part of the estimated arrival time and start getting worried, asking us where their item is or even opening cases against us. We tell them the same thing every time: Either use Priority or Express Mail or Allow for the total estimated time to pass before taking any action. Sometimes when customers open cases against us shortly after we ship the item, the claim can be escalated before the item even has a chance to arrive. If your item does not arrive after the time frame we give, please do not hesitate to contact us so we work to can resolve the problem.
Can you mark the item as a gift or lower the value so I can avoid high customs fees?
-No, this is illegal. You can read here that eBay has strict policy against this.

This item is Damaged!
-If you receive a damaged item, one that does not fit the description, or the wrong item, please contact us so that we may resolve it. In most cases, we will have you send it back for a refund or for us to ship you the correct item.
This item does not fit, Can I return or exchange it?
-With items such as shorts, jeans, ect, if we have different sizes, we will allow you to send it back for the different size. However, you must pay shipping both ways. If we do not have the same item in a different size, we will let you exchange it for an item of equal value if you pay shipping both ways.
What are the measurements of this?
-We try to put measurements in as many listings as possible, but if they are missing in a listing, please do not hesitate to ask. This includes sizing for different countries, color, style, or anything else you might be wondering about an item.
